WELCOME to the Junior Women's Club of Barnesville (JWCB). Our club women are united in their dedication to volunteer community service. While diverse in age, interests and experiences, members are alike in their desire to create positive change in the community.
Through our six departments of Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International Affairs, and Public Affairs, the JWCB employs a wide range of approaches to address community needs while developing leadership skills, and to promote self-esteem and good citizenship among its members. We develop and implement local projects including Adopt-a-Highway, Angel Tree, Educational Scholarships, and we participate in broader-range projects related to OFWC and GFWC "Special Programs," including Domestic Violence Awareness and Advocates for Children. |
